"Matsui America, Inc. opened Headquarters at 5825 Turnberry Drive in Hanover Park Illinois on July 24th 2008, with an exiting Japanese Taiko Drum performance as opening act. Then Mayor of hanover Park joined by President of Matsui America and Japan cut ribbon officially opening the new building. "Kagamiwari"- Japanese celebration of opening the Sake Barrel was held before the banquet served at the Hilton Indian Lake Hotel in attendance of President of Matsui Japan with numerous guests celebrating Matsui America's special day.

New PMD micro dryer

The new Plus Mini Dryer (PMD) is designed specifically for micro-molding applications where molding machines use less  than 5-Lbs/Hr,making even the smallest conventional dryers  impractical.

The PMD incorporates Matsui's unique heat transfer technology with air moisture purge to effectively dry resin in small  quantities. The PMD is extremely energy efficient, using about  50% that of a conventional hot air dryer. Its insulated hopper  hinges open for fast,easy cleaning during material changes.

The PMD is very compact and is available in models for 1.5-Kg (0-2 Lbs/Hr) and 3.0-Kg (2-4Lbs/hr). Optional features include 1)  Automatic feeding 2) Material Recirculation (to reduce bridging  in some resins), and 3) Dehumidified air purge.
