Quick drying times require that only a small hopper dryer is needed. Substantially reduces energy consumption Without process and regeneration blowers, and without a regeneration heater energy consumiption is less than 50% of conventinal hot-air drying systems. Quick Drying The DPD3 vacuum dryer achieves dramatically short drying times by applying heat with thermal fin technoligy, and vacuum pressure to aggressively pull out moisture. In a vacuum, water boils at low temperratures. By applying heat to the pellets in the vacuum hopper, water literally boils from and is sucked out of the pellet interior. This all is done at temperatures lower than in conbentional dryers. More Safety and Power A thermal temperature protection circuit as well as valve safeties are standard features. Touchpad Programming An easy-to-use touchpad simplifies programming, enabling you to preset operations, monitor settings, view progress and make changes effortlessly. Improves Product Quality The low drying temperatures used and low pressure environment prevent yellowing and discoloration the resin. This also enhances material strength, improving the quality of the molded product. Decreases Mold Maintenance Molds run for longer periods without the need for cleaning. The vacuum drying process pulls out much of the contamination that clog pins and vents.
