This new and powerful machine by Matsui offers exceptional performance in proportional blending and air conveying of dissimilar materials through a timed selection sequence. Aluminum and stainless steel construction produce a light, but strong machine. There are no rubber stoppers or seals to leak or contaminate your resin. One unit is enough to provide proportional blending of dissimilar materials such as virgin material and regrinds to be fed to a pneumatic conveyor for ratio loading. The unit is electronically controlled to ensure stable operation over long periods of time. A convenient graphics panel enables operating conditions to be checked at a glance. The jet selector is compact, so that it can be installed overhead on a pole or at any other place, requiring only limited space for installation.
