The ultimate blending system for the molder who demands accuracy, versatility, and ease of use.
Matsui designed the JCM for today's molder who needs equipment to be versatile, and user friendly. Constant mold and material changes, tighter margins, increasing quality standards, and smaller production staffs requires the use of better processing machinery to help carry the extra load. So Matsui designed the JCM blender to be versatile, accurate, and very easy to clean. Download the brochure. Matsui's exclusive color feeder technology is accurate to .5% of the desired setting on pelletized materials. No tools are needed for access to the feeders, or the hoppers during material changes. All contact points are stainless, while structural pieces are made of hardened steel, and aluminum. The JCM is lightweight, yet strong. It can be mounted directly to the molding machine's feed throat, or on a portable floor frame. It can be used to feed a material tank, or multiple molding machines. Feeders are changeable depending on the situation. Simple and High Quality The JCM's synchronized measuring and synchronized flow mixing system has eliminated the use of the mixing sectionand decreases the points requiring cleaning. Compact Design The JCM mixer is designed of compact, lightweight design with easy-to-use features that reduce the demands on the molding machines. Effortless The JCM is effortless because the material feed base is lifted by the airlift mechanism, so cleaning when replacing materials becomes easier. Superior Measuring Accuracy The JCM provides precision measuring for exacting small-capacity colorant requirements, and ensures reliable, consistent coloring for engineering plastics. Useful, Easy and Safe The console consists of easily operational flat keys. When operating, sensors monitor the system to prevent accidents, ensuring safe cleaning and maintenance. Mixing The coloring unit is placed on an injection-molding machine and materials are mixed just before they are used. Therefore, the mixed materials are not separated and colors do not become uneven. Units Used The above-mentioned units should be selected for an appropriate application to match each operating condition. For more details consult your local dealer. |
