2-Port Solenoid Unit - Cleaning/Disassembly

  1. Remove body (A) with a vise.


  2. Remove C-ring (B) and take coil section apart.


  3. Remove core. (C)


  4. Clean inside of body with water or air.
    *With O-ring included (D), please use extra caution when cleaning.


  5. Check to see if spring drive plunger (E) runs smoothly, as well as damage to rubber at tip in core (C).


  6. Set back to normal.
