DMD4 Optical Type Portable Desiccant Dryer/Loader  
Issues > Check/Troubleshooting
Drying temperature does not go up and down.
  1. Connecting hoses in dehumidifying unit or hose between drying hopper and dehumidifying unit is damaged. Also, connection is loose.
  2. Cooling water is not running.
  3. Disconnections and Operation Malfunctions at Heater (EH1), Heater Drive Conductor (MC-0, SSR-1) and connection wires.

1. Connecting hoses in dehumidifying unit or hose between drying hopper and dehumidifying unit is damaged.
  1. Check each section to see if hose is damaged or loose.
If problem persists

2. Cooling water is not running.
If cooling water is not running, drying dew point will not drop, potentially causing drying defects or effecting drying temperature.
  1. Check the opening of each valves and see if cooling water is running.
    [Point] Set inlet pressure of cooling water below 0.49Mpa.

3. Disconnections and Operation Malfunctions at Heater (EH1), Heater Drive Conductor (MC-0, SSR-1) and connection wires.
The heater contacter can be damaged by short-circuits or temperature increase in enviroment inspite of use of SSR.
  1. Check each section to see if hose is damaged or loose.
