| 1. Connecting hoses inside dehumidifying unit, or a hose between the drying hopper and dehumidifying unit is damaged or loose. |

- Check each section to see if hose is damaged or loose.

| 2. Cooling water is not supplied. |
|
 |
 |
If cooling water is not running, drying dew point will not drop, potentially causing drying defects or an ineffective drying temperature.

- Check that each valve is open, and see if the cooling water is running.
[Point] Set inlet pressure of cooling water below 0.49Mpa.

| 3. SSR is not functioning normally (multi-meter use required). |
|
 |
 |
Although heater conductors use SSR relays, it can be damaged by short circuiting, or rises in enviromental temperature.
 |
- SSR (solid state relay) Inspection as a reference, check to see if there are any defects on the SSR.
|

| 4. Drying heater is disconnected / damaged (multi-meter use required). |

| 5. Connecting terminals are loose and defective. |
|
 |
 |
 |
- Check to see if there is any looseness on the terminals in the control panel, heater box and the relay box on the side.
Tighten if loose.

Remove the two screws at the bottom of the heater box and check to see if the terminals are loose, defective or disconnected.
Check all terminals (i.e. H1, H2, H3, etc.) to see if they are loose or defective. |

Turn off all breakers and unplug the unit before attempting any work. |
