DPD-3 Thermal Conduction Vacuum Dryer  
Issues > Check/Troubleshooting
Touch Panel will not display.
  1. Primary power of customer's equipment not turned ON.
  2. Power breaker of control panel not turned ON.
  3. Short circuit of power breaker.

1. Primary power of customer's equipment not turned ON.
  1. Turn primary power breaker on.
If problem persists

2. Power breaker of control panel not turned ON.
  1. Turn power breaker on.
  2. Replace breaker if it does not function normally.
If problem persists

3. Short circuit of power breaker.
If the power circuits has a short circuit, the fuse will turn off and the screen will not display.
Before inspecting, turn primary power and power breakers off.
  1. Open the control panel and see if the glass fuse (F1) is cut off or not.

  2. If the fuse is cut off, check to see if there is an area with a short circuit.
    [Possible areas of short circuits]
    • Electromagnetic Contactor Coil
    • Electromagnetic Valve Coil
