Sensor Alarm appears on alarm screen.
  1. Heater Temperature Sensor (measuring body) wires are disconnected.

1. Heater Temperature Sensor (measuring body) wires are disconnected.
  1. If the temperature monitoro appears on the touch panel and the PV value is blinking, the temperature sensor of Heater No.** is disconnected.
  2. After recovering from the alarm, press the reset key on the alarm check screen.
