| 1. Medium equipment is not being supplied with water. |
(GMC-L, H types)
- Check water supplying equipment (primary side cooling water).
- Water Supply valve
- Drain valves
- Cooling Tower pumps, etc.
[Point]
- Fully open valves.
- Check to see if feeding pressure and drain-side pressure of cooling water at primary side are set as specified.
(References)
- Supply side pressure should be within the range of 0.1 Mpa (14.5 psi) and 0.3 Mpa (43.5 psi).
- Drain-side pressure should be below 0.09 Mpa (13.0 psi).
- Supplying water pressure should be 0.05 Mpa (7.25 psi) to 0.3 Mpa (43.5 psi) higher than the drain-side pressure.
- But if the supplying pressure exceeds 0.3 Mpa, install a pressure-reducing valve.
(GMC-A type)
- Supply medium equipment with oil.
[Point]
Use oil provided by Matsui to supply equipment.

| 2. Water supply solenoid valve is not functioning normally. (GMC-L, H) |
- Take valve apart and see if it functions properly.

| 3. Solenoid valve for air release is not functioning normally. (GMC-L, H) |
- Take valve apart and see if it functions properly.

| 4. Floatless/Float Switch will not detect. |
- Switch may not detect medium when scale does not function properly. Clean floatless (L, H types)/float (A types) switches if either are found to be dirty upon inspection.
