| 1. Primary Supply Valve is not open. |
|
 |
 |
 |
- Inspect customer's supplying equipment (primary cooling water).
- Supply Valve
- Valves for draining
- Cooling tower pumps, etc.
[Point]
- Fully open valves.
- Check to see if primary cooling water supply pressure and drain pressure is within specification.
(References)
- Supply Pressure: Supply within 0.1MPa~0.3MPa range.
- Set drain pressure at 0.09MPa or below.
- Set supply pressure 0.05MPa~0.3MPa higher than drain pressure.
- But if supply pressure exceeds 0.3MPa, install a pressure-reducing valve.
