| 1. Controller light indicator does not light up. |
|
 |
 |
- Primary power may not be on, or power breaker may not be turned ON.
- Fuse in control panel may be off.
|
 |
- Turn primary power and power breaker (on side of controller) on.
 
- Check to see if fuse (F-1) in control panel is off.

- If fuse is off, replace and turn power on. *Fuse: 250V, 1A.
*If fuse cuts off immediately after replacement, there may be a short-circuit.

| 2. Controller "Feeder" does not light up. |
|
 |
 |
| Feeder will start after pressing RUN/STOP switch of conveying direction in use. |
 |
 |
If there are no indications, press RUN/STOP switch.
|

| 3. Wear on contact point of electromagnetic switch in control panel. |
|
 |
 |
| Electromagnetic switch will not function if contact point is worn. |
 |
 |
- Check to find any weld damages and wear on contact points.


- Replace with switch if contact points are worn.

| 4. Error code "E3" is displayed on the controller. |
|
 |
 |
Error will occur when overload current runs in blower and overload relay to switch trips.
(Reference) Operation will automatically stop. |
 |
 |
Start work after stopping operation and check that breaker is off.
Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not do any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and dangers of work. |
 |
- Check to see if electromagnetic switch does not have a thermal trip.

- After repairing overload in blower, press reset button on thermal relay.
*After pressing reset on the relay, E3 will automatically recover.

| 5. Controller "Feeder" lights up but blower does not run. |

| 6. Material Detector not functioning normally. |
|
 |
 |
| 1. Material Detector will not turn on when supplier material is low. |
 |
- Select from the following switches and adjust accordingly.
