| 1. Material detectors (switches) are not functioning normally |

| If sensitivity of detector on collector is not set correctly, conveying will not stop |
|
 |
- Check to see if detector in use is turned on
*if off, adjust detectors
How to Adjust:
Level Meter
Proximity Switch
Limit Switch
* If detectors do not turn on even after adjusting, switches may be defective.
Replace with new switches if this is the case
* If blowers do not stop even after detectors are on, controllers may be defective.
Replace with new controllers if this is the case
