| 1. Clog in cartridge filter (in conveying line filter case) and drying filter. |
| If clogged, air will not circulate, potentially leading to overload to blower. |
- Check to see if each filter is clogged.

- If dirty or clogged, blow clean dry air into filter and remove the clinging particles.
| [Point] |
| |
- Wear a mask when cleaning. Dust/particles will disperse in the air when blowing dry air.
- After cleaning, set filter in the original position and fasten securely.
- When the filter is badly clogged, replace with new filters.

| 2. Airflow adjusting damper in dry blower is closed. |
| When running with damper closed, this may cause drying temperature overhead (upper limit alarm) from lack of vacuum air flow. |
- Check the airflow adjusting damper.

[Point] Avoid operating with damper fully closed.

| 3. Connecting hose in dehumidifying unit is damaged or has loose connection. |
| Air flow will be reduced if air leak in unit occurs. |
Before inspecting, initiate stopping operation of unit. After checking that unit has stopped completely, turn power breaker off and wait until heating section has cooled off. |
- Check to see if hose is damaged or if hose band is loose. Then replace or tighten hose.
