Will guide user from causes of trouble to troubleshooting.

  • Conveying Blower does not rotate.
  • Dry Blower does not rotate.
  • Blower is overloaded and overload relay trips. (i.e. CP-2 trips).

Caution
  • Before starting work, stop the machine. After making sure that the machine has stopped, turn power breaker OFF and make the heating section cool down to temperature where burns can be avoided.
    Also, for filter removal, see Maintenance section for reference.
  • On inspections, we recommend that specialized workers from your companies do the checks.
    For Parts replacements, no one other than Matsui service workers or your company's specialized workers should do the work.
