| 1. Clamps of feed hopper/cutter chamber are not secured |
|

 |
| If clamps are loose, the CLOSE limit switch will not work, preventing operation |
 |
 |
- Check to see if all clamps are tightly secured

- If any of the clamps are loose, tighten securely
|

 |
| 2. Dust/Particles in feed hopper/cutter chamber |
|
 |
 |
| If there are any dusts or particles (i.e. metal parts), they will interfere with cutters and cause noise |
 |
 Always begin work after turning power off! |
- Remove feed hopper clamps and slowly open hopper to side where hopper tips

- Check for dusts or particles. Remove if necessary
|
|
 |

 |
| 3. Limit switch is not working properly |
|
 |
 |
| If limit switch does not work properly, equipment will not start since closure of feed hopper cannot be confirmed |
 |
 |
- Check to see if limit switch is pushed

- If equipment does not start even with the limit switch pushed, the switch is defective. Replace the limit switch
