		Drying temperature is erratic.
		Clog in cartridge filter (in drying line filter case) and drying/regenerate filter. Temperature controller regulating is inaccurate.

	1. Clog in cartridge filter (in drying line filter case) and drying/regenerate filter. Air will not circulate if clogged, overloading the blower. Check to see if each filter is clogged. Clean if clogged. [Point] Wear a mask when cleaning. Dust/particles will disperse in the air when blowing dry air. After cleaning, set filter in the original position and fasten securely. When the filter is badly clogged, replace with new filters. If problem persists Return to top of the page
	2. Temperature controller regulating is inaccurate. Controller regulating may be inaccurate due to change in air rate caused by filter clogging or quantity in hopper. Start auto-tuning. Auto tuning will begin when pressing the up and down triangle buttons at the same time for two seconds during drying operations or dry temperature measurements. (During auto tuning, "At" and temperature reading will alternately appear every second.) After completion of auto tuning, unit will return to normal PV display and start PID controlling based on results of adjusting. To manually stop auto tuning, repeat step 1. * Since the main controller does not indicate when an auto tuning error occurs, there will be no buzzers, displays or any warning functions even durring occurance of auto tuning error (i.e. sensor disconnect, notice when 3 hours has passed since tuning started). Also, once error occurs, auto tuning cannot be done once again unless power is reset. If problem persists Return to top of the page
