Material clog occuring in the secondary convey hose (decline of conveying).
  1. Improper Adjustment Valve and Adjustment Damper changes.
  2. Line Filter is clogged.
  3. Filter in Vacuum Hopper for Secondary Conveying is clogged.
  4. Air Leak in conveying route.

1. Improper Adjustment Valve and Adjustment Damper changes.
Conveying capabilities would decline since air penetration in the hose will drop.
  1. Check the positions of the adjustment valve and adjustment damper.
  2. Readjust the secondary convey air.
If problem persists

2. Line Filter is clogged.
If filter is clogged, vacuum pressure will decline and weaken convey strength.
  1. Check the line filter condition.
  2. Clean the line filter.
    [Point]
    If the cartridge filter is badly worn and the particles cannot be cleaned out, please replace with a new cartridge filter.

3. Filter in Vacuum Hopper for Secondary Conveying is clogged.

  1. Check the line filter condition.
  2. Clean the filter.
    [Point] Do not bend the filter during cleaning.

4. Air Leak in conveying route.
Vacuum pressure and conveying abilities will decline if there is an area with an air leak.
  1. Inspect the material hose, vacuum hose and primary convey suction hopper. Repair the air leak. Replace the packing or the hose if either is badly deteriorating or damaged.
