Primary power may not be on, or power breaker may not be turned ON.
Fuse in control panel may be off.
Turn primary power and power breaker (on side of controller) on.
Check to see if fuse (F-1) in control panel is off.
If fuse is off, replace and turn power on. *Fuse: 250V, 1A.
*If fuse cuts off immediately after replacement, there may be a short-circuit.

4. Error code "E3" is displayed on the controller.
Error will occur when overload current runs in blower and overload relay to switch trips.
(Reference) Operation will automatically stop.
Start work after stopping operation and check that breaker is off.
Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not do any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and dangers of work.
Check to see if electromagnetic switch does not have a thermal trip.
5. Controller "Feeder" lights up but blower does not run.
1. If contacts on electromagnetic switches are worn, feeder will not run.
2. If there are no signals output from the switch to the control board, feeder will not run.
Start work after stopping operation and check that breaker is off.
Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not do any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and dangers of work.
If switch is not on, either the signals from the main board are not being sent out or the electromagnetic coil is damaged.
If either is the case, replace either the switch or the controller.
