Blower rotates but does not vacuum
  1. Blower is rotating in reverse.
  2. Material/Suction Hose has a hole open or external air is being sucked in from packing area.
  3. Inside of material hose is clogged.
  4. Filter is clogged.
  5. Suction Hopper damper (jet clone type) is not securely closed.
  6. 2-Way Valve not switching over normally.

1. Blower is rotating in reverse.
Will occur if power cord connections are in reverse phase.
Start work after stopping operation and check that breaker is off.
Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not do any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and dangers of work.
  1. Adjust hook-up for two of the three power cords from the main unit and turn breaker on.

2. Material/Suction Hose has a hole open or external air is being sucked in from packing area.
Materials will not transfer if a hole is open on the hose or if the hose band is not securely tightened.
  1. Check hose to see if any holes (punctures) are open.
  2. If hose is damaged or punctured, replace with new hoses.
  3. Check to see if hose ends are securely fastened by the hose bands.
  4. Check to see if the packings are loose or wearing.

3. Inside of material hose is clogged.
Hose will not convey material if clogged.
Start work after stopping operation and check that breaker is off.
Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not do any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and dangers of work.
  1. Check the inside of the hose to see if materials are clogged.
    *If clogged, remove material.

  2. Adjust the amount of air intake from the secondary air adjustment ring.
*If ring suction section (wire mesh) on secondary air ring is clogged, blow clean dry air to remove particles.

4. Filter is clogged.
Materials may not vacuum properly if wire mesh filter in conveying filter collector is clogged.
Start work after stopping operation and check that breaker is off.
Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not do any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and dangers of work.
  1. Check to see if either the conveying filter or the wire mesh in the collecting hopper is clogged or not.

5. Suction Hopper damper (jet clone type) is not securely closed.
If damper is not securely closed during conveying, materials will not convey.
Start work after stopping operation and check that breaker is off.
Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not do any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and dangers of work.
  1. Check to see if damper is closed while conveying
    * Remove any material stuck on damper

  2. Check to see if damper arm is bent
    * Replace with new part if arm is bent

6. 2-Way Valve not switching over normally
Materials will not convey if the 2-way valve does not function normally
  1. Check air kit to see if dry compressed air (0.4MPa ~ 0.5MPa) is being supplied.

  2. Check to see if connector is securely hooked up.

  3. Check to see if 2-way valves are running normally

    * If valves do not switch over after checking function, the 5-port solenoid valves may be defective
    * If valves do switch over after checking function, the control panel may be defective.
If so, replace with new panel.
