E0 EPROM Error
Occurs when unable to read ROM data properly while power is on.
  1. After turning power off, run preparations for operation.

E3 Convey Blower Overload Error
Occurs when overcurrent flows through the blower and the overload relay of the electromagnetic switch trips.
  1. Blower is Overloaded and Overload Relay Trips
If problem persists

E14 Control Error
Occurs when ROM data is not properly read while power is on.
Turn power off, then switch back on.

E15 Filter Cleaning Alarm
Occurs when conveying count reaches number set on dust cleaning counter (dUC).
Check dust inside cartridge filter and dust box.
  1. Check dust inside cartridge filter and dust box.

  2. After checking (#1), set dust cleaning count (dUP) to "0".

E21 No. 1 Conveying Malfunction
No. 1 Conveying Malfunction Abnormal timer has reached "1Ed" during empty state of conveying collection hopper.
*Will not occur while set on initial settings (in OFF mode).
  1. No material at start portion of conveying area.
  2. Blower is rotating in reverse.
  3. Filter is clogged.
  4. Material detectors (switches) are not functioning normally.
  5. Material/Suction Hose has a hole open or external air is being sucked in from packing (gasket) area.
  6. Inside of material hose is clogged.
  7. Suction Hopper damper (jet clone type) is not securely closed.
  8. 2-Way Valve not switching over normally.
Check to see if material is in the start section of conveying area.
