Drying Blower does not rotate.
  1. Controller light indicator does not light up.
  2. Controller "Feeder" does not light up.
  3. Weld damage/wear on contact point of electromagnetic switch in control panel.
  4. Error code "E2" is displayed on the controller.

1. Controller light indicator does not light up.
  1. Primary power may not be on, or STANDBY switch may not be pressed.
  2. Circuit Protector in control panel (CP-1) may not be turned on.
  1. Turn primary power and power breaker (in front of controller) on and press STANDBY switch.
  2. Turn CP-1 on.
If problem persists

2. Controller "Dryer" does not light up.
To start, press each "Feeder" switch.
  1. I If indicator does not light up, press "Dryer" switch.

    [Point] If drying timer is set, drying operation will start after the set time.

  2. If display does not appear, contact local service.

3. Weld damage/wear on contact point of electromagnetic switch in the control panel.
Electromagnetic switch will not function if abnormality is found.
Start work after stopping the operation and check that breaker is off. Unplug the unit. Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not attempt any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and danger of work.
  1. Check to find any weld damages and wear on contact points, as well as any abnormalities.

    [Point] After checking, securely set white cover back on.
    (Reference) Tolerance - 2 million times.


  2. [Abnormal Function]
      Condition where the magnetic points are damaged and center section is stuck closed, while the machine is idle, or does not unlock even when pressing by hand.
     
    Start work after stopping the operation and check that breaker is off. Unplug the unit. Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not attempt any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and danger of work.

  3. Replace the switch if weld damage or wear is found, or when the function is abnormal.

4. Error code "E2" is displayed on the controller. (Blower Overload)
Error will occur when overload current runs in blower and overload relay to switch trips.

(Reference) Operation will automatically stop.
Start work only after turning power off.
  1. Check to see if the electromagnetic switch is thermally tripped.

  2. After repairing overload in the blower, press the reset button on overload relay.
    After eliminating cause of overload, the alarm code will not appear after pressing RESET.
