As concerns over the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to evolve, we feel is it important to share more about the steps we are taking. First and foremost, we want to ensure that our employees are healthy and are taking the precautionary steps they must take to remain safe. Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our customers, employees, and representatives. We are continuously monitoring the situation and have moved swiftly to enact more drastic measures.
Matsui America will shut down production for 2 weeks or until further guidelines from Federal, State, and local laws are mandated. We will try our best to continue serving our customers remotely in all possible matters.
Employees are encouraged to use telephones and video conferencing instead of face-to-face meetings, we will restrict unnecessary business travel and customer visits during this shutdown. All travel or customer visits are prohibited.
