Issues > Check/Troubleshooting
Material clog occuring in the primary convey hose (decline of conveying).
  1. Line filter is clogged.
  2. Filter in Primary Convey Suction Hopper is clogged.
  3. Secondary Adjustment Ring in the Convey-side Suction Nozzle is clogged.
  4. Air leak at convey route.

1. Line filter is clogged.
If the filter is clogged, suction pressure will decline and weaken conveying.
  1. Check the condition of the line filter.
  2. Clean the line filter.
    [Point]
Replace the cartridge filter if it is worn badly and if particles cannot be removed after cleaning.

3. Secondary Adjustment Ring in Convey-side Suction Nozzle is clogged.
Conveying strength will weaken since air suction rate in hose will decline.
  1. Check the condition of the suction inlet (wire mesh sec.) on the secondary air adjusting ring.
  2. Clean the vacuum inlet.
