Issues > Check/Troubleshooting
Blower is overloaded and overload relay trips. (i.e. CP-2 trips)
  1. Clog in cartridge filter (in conveying line filter case) and drying/regenerate filter.
  2. Weld damage/wear on contact point of electromagnetic switch in control panel.
  3. Set value for thermal device in control panel not set.

1. Clog in cartridge filter (in conveying line filter case) and drying/regeneration filter.
If clogged, air will not circulate, potentially leading to overload of blower.
  1. Check to see if each filter is clogged.
  2. If dirty or clogged, blow clean dry air into filter and remove the clinging particles.
    [Point]

    1. Wear a mask when cleaning. Dust/particles will disperse in the air when blowing dry air.
    2. After cleaning, set filter in the original position and fasten securely.
    3. After cleaning, set filter in the original position and fasten securely.

  1. Check to find any weld damages and wear on contact points, as well as any abnormalities.

[Point] After checking, securely set white cover back on.
Reference: Tolerance - 2 million times.

  2. [Abnormal Function]
Condition where magnetic points are damage and center section is caved in during machine stops or does not caved in even when pressing by hand.

Start work after stopping the operation and check that breaker is off. Unplug the unit. Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not attempt any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and danger of work.

  3. Replace switch if weld damage or wear is found, or when function is abnormal.
