E0 EPROM Error
Occurs when circuit board is unable to read ROM data properly.
  1. Turn off the unit's main power breaker for 5 seconds, and see if it resets.

E1 Reverse Phase
Occurs when the connection of the power cord has phases reversed.
Before starting any work, turn OFF the power breaker, then unplug the power cable. Always utilize the ground wire when wiring.When finished wiring, check for any loose wires, and tighten if needed.
  1. Of the three phase wires on the power cord plug, exchange two and reapply.

E2 Drying Blower Overload
Occurs when over current flows through the blower and the overload relay of the electromagnetic switch trips.

E3 Convey Blower Overload
Occurs when overcurrent flows through the blower and the overload relay of the electromagnetic switch trips.

E4 Dry Temperature Upper Limit

Occurs when the dry temperature rises above the set and upper limit temperature.
Operation will stop automatically.

  1. Check upper temperature settings.
    If pressing SV switch for more than five seconds, unit will enter Engineering Setting Mode. Display will change every time SV switch is pressed during this mode.


  2. [Point] Setting Range 0~40 degrees C
      Original Setting 10 degrees C

E5 Broken Dry Sensor
Occurs when wiring or drying thermocouple (CA sensor) for the process (hopper) temperature controller is broken. Operation stops automatically.
  1. Check to see if either the thermocople (CA sensor) is bent, damaged or if wiring is disconnected.

E6 Broken Regeneration Sensor
Occurs when wiring or drying thermocouple (CA sensor) for the process (hopper) temperature controller is broken. Operation stops automatically.
  1. Check to see if either the thermocople (CA sensor) is bent, damaged or if wiring is disconnected.

E7 No. 1 Conveying Malfunction
Alarm occurs when hopper does not fill within a set time after start-up of No. 1 Direction conveying. Also occurs when 1st conveying is not done despite repeated 2nd conveying.
  1. Need to adjust all sensors in primary or secondary side.

[Point]
 

If the hopper is full, alarm will automatically cancel.
To cancel the alarm manually, turn conveying switch off or press Reset switch.

E8 No. 2 Conveying Malfunction
Occurs when hopper does not fill up fully after within a set time after start-up of No. 2 direction conveying.
  1. Need to adjust all sensors in secondary side.

[Point]
  If the hopper is full, alarm will automatically cancel.
To cancel the alarm manually, turn conveying switch off or press Reset switch.
If problem persists

E9 No. 3 Convey Malfunction
Occurs when hopper does not fill up fully after within a set time after start-up of No. 2 direction conveying.
  1. Need to adjust sensors.

E10 Drying/Regeneration Overheat Alarm

Occurs when drying/regeneration temperature in heater box rises past probe/sensor settings.
