Filter
Check for clogging. If clogged, remove filter and blow out clogging with clean dry air.
Do not remove the wire net from the blower suction filter.
When blowing dry air to clean, always wear a mask to avoid exposure to the particles that fly in the air.
If filter is clogged, this may cause inconsistencies in drying temperatures and air flow and, in worst cases, fire hazards.
Degree of dirtiness of filters depends on enviroment unit is set in. Recommend detailed inspections and cleaning.
After inspection, set filter back to original position in secure manner.
If badly clogged, replace with new filter.

If any abnormality if verified, belt must be replaced. Contact your nearest Matsui office for service.

* For safety purposes, please turn off power of unit when performing inspections.
* When working on drying hopper section, due to accumulated high temperatures, turn the drying switch off and allow the hopper area to cool off. Start inspections or cleaning after making sure the hopper section has cooled off.
* Stop air flow going to measuring units. Also, release any air remaining inside sections after the primary supply valve.
