1. Clog in cartridge filter (in conveying line filter case) and drying filter
If clogged, air will not circulate, potentially leading to overload of blower.
  1. Check each filter for clogging.
  2. If dirty or clogged, blow clean dry air into filter and remove the clinging particles.
    [Point]

    1. Wear a mask and safety glasses when cleaning. Dust/particles will disperse in the air when blowing dry air.
    2. After cleaning, set filter in the original position and fasten securely.
    3. When the filter is badly clogged, replace with new filters.

Air flow will be reduced if air leak in unit occurs.
Before inspecting, initiate stopping operation of the unit. After checking that unit has stopped completely, turn power breaker off and wait until heated sections have cooled off.
  1. Check to see if hose is damaged or if hose band is loose. Then replace.
