The Magic Catch in-line device uses a rare earth hyper-powerful magnet installed in the resin line designed to catch any ferrous metal particles. It comes in several configuration shapes and tube diameter sizes to adapt to common material line sizes. This magnet can be integrated to eliminate foreign metallic material from entering areas such as: final products, injection-barrels, mold channels, as well as processing machinery (dryers, grinders etc.) themselves. When you want metal debris to disappear from the molding cell, think Magic Catch!

The Magic Catch uses a powerful 13,000 gauss magnetic field to catch ferrous metals and even certain blend-alloys.
It simply connects into the material line, and as material passes over, metals stick to the Magic Catch rod before moving outward to ensure foreign matter does not create bigger headaches upstream. Once the debris is caught, simply open and wipe it off and -Tada! Metal is gone like magic!
