Blower does not rotate
  1. Controller light indicator does not light up.
  2. Controller "Dryer" does not engage.
  3. Weld damage/wear on contact point of electromagnetic switch in control panel.
  4. Error code "E2" is displayed on the controller.

1. Controller light indicator does not light up.
Primary power may not be on, or STANDBY switch may not be pressed.

  1. Turn on primary power, disconnect switch (on front door), and press the STANDBY switch.
If problem persists

2. Controller "Dryer" does not engage.

   
  1. If indicator does not light up, press "Dryer" switch.

    Press Dryer Switch

    [Point] If drying temperature is set, drying operations will start after approaching set time.

  2. If no display appears, please contact your local Matsui service center.

3. Weld damage/wear on contact point of electromagnetic switch in control panel.
Electromagnetic switch will not function if abnormality is found.
Start work after stopping the operation and check that breaker is off. Unplug the unit. Those who do not have sufficient mechanical/electrical knowledge should not attempt any maintenance work requiring disassembly or repairing due to risk of injuries and danger of work..
  1. Check to find any weld damages and wear on contact points, as well as any abnormalities.

    When using a tester unit:See #2 of Motor and Heater Repair section for reference and verification
    Control Panel - Inside

    POINT

    Use a meter to see if voltage is supplied on each phase.


    When there is not a tester, refer to the following figure.


    [Point] After checking, securely set white cover back on. Reference: Tolerance - 2 million times
   
  1. Replace the switch if damage or wear is found, or when function is abnormal.

4. No output to MS-1 due to loose wirings, terminals and poor output from panel.
  1. Is the wire in the coil disconnected? Check to see if terminals are loose or not.
  2. Check to see if AC 200V is outputted from the panel.
  1. If wiring is disconnected or loose, tighten connections.
  2. If output is poor, replace MS-1.
    Contact local Matsui service.
