Designed for today's challenging engineered materials like PEEK, PES and PPS, the MC5-G3-HH is the latest in Matsui mold-temperature controllers. It reaches higher temperatures using water (356°F / 180°C) so you can bypass the mess and stress of traditional, bulky, old-fashioned oil units. It uses less kilowatts in the process, but thanks to it's hassle-free dual high-pressure pumps, it can handle all the heat you need for your high-heat applications. The high-pressure cascade pump works perfect for custom, micro-molding and any molds with narrow passages. It also features a heat-exchanger, so pressure loss issues are a thing of the past! And it has our bigger, feature-packed, user-friendly control panel, yet has a small footprint, so it slips in and out of the smallest places. Just set it, and let it crank up the heat to new heights!

More power = more productivity
Powerful pump & heater: The MC5-HH reaches target temps within 1° of set point fast, and takes samples 4 times/second to maintain optimum levels throughout production. So you can mold more parts faster and better, boosting productivity and your bottom line.
Indirect Cooling: By having the unit capable of separating the cooling water and circulating water, the MC5-HH is less susceptible to poor water quality having an influence on molds, etc. because scales and impurities are isolated, and therefore reduced.

Intuitive, touch-and-go programming
MC5-G3-HH’s large touchscreen lets you store up to 64 different temperature settings, preset operations, monitor progress, detect errors, improve maintenance and more. The advanced "G3" panel is standard. Communication features such as SPI & Modbus come standard, plus OPC-UA (option) is possible.

Maintenance teams love MC5-HH, too
Utilizing a high-pressure circulating pump, plus a pressure-booster pump, the unit keeps on trucking when you need it. Utilizing pressurization control, auto-air-venting, and rock-solid components like solid-state relays for heater controls, they all ensure the unit stays running. Other quality critical components are made of stainless steel. An electric safety disconnect switch prevents accidental start-ups.
Small footprint
One of the smallest, most mobile mold temperature controllers, the MC5-HH fits into tight production spots where others cannot. And with casters built into the base, it’s easy to move from machine to machine.
4 models to choose from
The new MC5-G3-HH comes in two pump sizes: 55 or 100 liters-per-minute (L/m), and either 230v/460v- with advanced designs for use with high temperature 180°C / 356°F water as the medium. The MC5-HH units offer even more programming features and communication protocols, as standard, and the rock-solid reliability you expect from a Matsui TCU.
Heater and pump sizes on the new MC5-HH are optimized for performance, minimizing energy consumption. The unit’s precision control software and technologically advanced circuitry reduce heater “on” time up to 8%, increasing your energy savings, while increasing your mold heat-up times.
Standard "G3" units of the new MC5-HH are in stock and ready to ship. They come with everything needed for installation, including 4-way / 6-way manifolds and ball valves. There’s also an adjustable pressure bypass valve allowing you to tailor and optimize performance for different jobs / mold sizes.
