3Zone Preclear Water Ionizer

The innovative 3Zone Preclear system, helps prolong life and effectiveness of molds as well as critical infrastructure like chillers, TCUs, and other cooling water components. 3Zone Preclear consists of a 3-Zone filtering process consisting of two zone micro filters and a proprietary third stage ionic filter system. The ionic exchange resin filter is designed to eliminate hard-water minerals such as Calcium (Ca) and Magnesium (Mg), which are the leading cause of hard water. Comparative tests have shown ppm levels of 540 4 months after cleaning in ordinary closed loop water systems, versus 37 ppm in water systems with 3Zone Preclear installed.

The 3Zone Preclear uses no electricity, and can be easily plumbed in a closed-loop mold cell to get going.
Once installed, two filters remove particles, the third ionizes the water to trap minerals and exchange them with clean, soft water to protect your investments in Chillers, TCU's & Molds!
